team.blue is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to bridge data management and analytics, transforming raw data into trusted datasets and building KPIs for dashboards and reports across marketing, product usage, customer care, and revenue domains.

You will work with Databricks-based data platforms, implement KPI logic, maintain semantic models, and collaborate with business partners to understand context and validate data.

Competenze

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar data role.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency with dbt.
• Experience with Databricks or comparable cloud data platform.
• Knowledge of dimensional modelling or data warehousing patterns.
• SQL excellence with complex transformations and window functions.

Mansioni

• Design and build dbt models on Databricks to produce analytics-ready datasets.
• Define KPI logic and maintain semantic/presentation layer with reliable data products.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers and stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met.
