NTT Data is seeking a Databricks Expert to bridge Data Science and Data Engineering in a cloud-native environment across multiple Italian locations. You will collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate use cases into scalable data pipelines and analytics-ready data lakes.

The role requires 5+ years in Databricks, strong Spark, Java/Scala and Python skills, SQL proficiency, and experience leading medium teams. Certifications in Azure or Databricks are valued.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with Databricks in cloud native environments.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data architectures across cloud and on-premises.
• Proficient in Spark, Java/Scala, Python and shell scripting.
• SQL proficiency and data modeling skills.
• Experience leading medium teams and collaborating with data scientists.

Mansioni

• Support customers in Big Data projects and partner with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases and outcomes.
• Deliver data acquisition, transformations, cleansing, conversion and loading into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, Spark and Azure-based ETL/ELT tools.
• Migrate workloads from on-premise to cloud and monitor distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open source solutions.
