Scope Ratings GmbH in Milan seeks a Senior Analyst for the Structured Finance team. You will lead or co-lead rating committees, analyze complex structures, and contribute to methodologies and analytical tools.

The role emphasizes autonomy, rigorous credit research, and collaboration across internal and external partners. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in structured finance, a finance-related degree, strong quantitative skills, and fluency in a major language besides English.

Competenze

At least 3 years of experience in structured finance or related sectors.
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, banking, economics, statistics, mathematics or equivalent.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with understanding of financial markets and credit.
Knowledge of structured finance segments or markets and familiarity with asset, counterparty, and structural analysis, plus cash flow modelling and documentation review.
Ability to identify key rating factors and apply analytical tools effectively.
Fluency in at least one language besides English.

Mansioni

Lead or co-lead rating committees for simple/standard structured finance transactions.
Support development of Scope’s analytical capabilities and methodologies.
Contribute to development and validation of analytical tools and methodologies.
Communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders and guide interns.
Produce timely research and analytical comments.
