Experteer Italy is seeking a (Senior) Analyst to monitor and analyze Italian banks within Fitch’s Financial Institutions Group, supporting ratings and research. The role involves engaging with senior management, contributing to rating committees, and shaping market transparency through high-quality reports.

The position offers a hybrid work setup and access to AI-enabled workflows. The candidate will perform detailed financial and credit analyses of Italian banks and other European institutions,

Competenze

• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• 2–5 years of analytical experience in credit analysis or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian (native) and English.
• University degree and ability to manage multiple priorities within a team.

Mansioni

• Monitor a portfolio of bank issuer ratings and support rating decisions
• Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis of Italian banks and other European institutions
• Maintain analytical tools, financial models, and peer benchmarks
• Write and publish rating reports and market commentary
• Participate in rating committees and engage with issuer senior management
• Contribute to sector research, country analyses, and ad hoc analytical projects
