The Industrial Connectivity and Control team is looking for a motivated Analog Design Engineer to join at ADI's Milano Design Center. You'll be part of a team of more than 25 people focused on industrial communication and automation IC design. Our team's mission is to design integrated circuits (ICs) for various industrial applications, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial sensor communication, process control, building automation, and industrial interface products.
We are primarily looking for candidates having 3-4 yrs experience in Analog design in Semiconductor company, demonstrates experience with the design flow from concept definition, design, eval/debug, engineering phase and release of the product to the market.
Your role will involve working with a broader team, including digital designers, verification designers, layout engineers, test engineers, and other technical professionals located offshore.
We are searching for enthusiastic candidates on learning and improving skills in analog circuit design. Collaboration within the team is essential, and you will be working alongside designers with over fifteen years of experience and even more junior designer than you, offering a great learning opportunity and mentoring too.

Your responsibilities will include:
Requirements for this role includes:
• A strong understanding of the electronics concepts and the ability to apply them to solve design challenges.
• Familiarity with the operation of analog circuits and basic knowledge of digital design.
• Past 3-4yrs experience in Analog circuit block design such as Bandgap, LDOs, Biasing structure, trimming, opamps, charge pump, feedback loop compensation techniques, and other common basic blocks. Some power-IC design experience is widely positive considered.
• The ability to work collaboratively in team with analog, digital, and verification designers, as well as other roles in the development process.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Willingness to listen, learn, and actively participate in team activities.
• Good organizational skills and the strong attitude to meet project deadlines.
• A strong motivation for professional growth.
Minimum qualifications:
• Master's degree in electronic engineering or a related field like physics electronics.
• 3-4yrs experience as Analog designer across all the involved roles in this Job.
