Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer for the Vital Signs Monitor Group within the Industrial and Healthcare Business Unit.

You will work on low-power, high-performance AFEs for wearable health and clinical healthcare markets, driving IC design from concept to silicon. Ideal candidates have strong background in data converters, transistor-level design, and mixed-signal modeling, with experience in Cadence, Spectre, or HSPICE.

Competenze

• BSEE with 2+ years relevant design experience or an MSEE/Ph.D. focused on high-performance analog design techniques.
• Thorough familiarity with data converter design techniques.
• Ability to define and adhere to project schedules; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design.
• Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling.
• Familiar with Cadence schematic capture, Spectre and/or HSPICE circuit simulation.

Mansioni

• IC design starting from initial specification through design, verification, documentation and layout supervision.
• Generation of behavioral models for system level simulation and verification.
• Silicon evaluation and characterization to product introduction.
• Assisting test engineering with design for test and manufacturability.
