JOB SUMMARY

The role of a Tory Burch Allocator is responsible for managing initial allocations and replenishment for all DTC channels (Retail, Ecommerce, and Outlets). Working alongside key stakeholders across the business (Planning, Buying, Marketing, DC, ECOM & Store Teams), the individual will ensure the right flow of stock to meet target financial plans and profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Trading

• Owns weekly line print reviews with buying & planning teams to ensure replenishment actions are followed through and sales opportunities are met, such as stock transfers from BU/WHL bulks and consolidations.
• Creates and maintains weekly reports on launch/floor set availability, addressing concerns with teams and following up on delays with production teams.
• Creates and manages OOS reporting to update teams on broken stock and expected delivery dates for replenishable lines.
• Conducts regular store visits to understand collection and customer needs, and communicates regularly with stores regarding stock inquiries.
• Investigates stock inaccuracies and collaborates with operations to improve inventory accuracy.
• Shares weekly delivery/in transit trackers with GMs & retail teams.
• Manages quarterly wholesale excess moves to RFEU & ECEU BU in line with MFR transfer forecasts.

Planning

• Collaborates with Planning & DC to provide visibility of DC shipping FC, highlighting peak builds in advance for planning.
• Manages AR model stock, reviewing regularly to ensure appropriate stock levels aligned with sales curves and capacity targets.
• Contributes to seasonal allocation strategies and influences buying decisions regarding sizing and depth requirements.
• Works with Store/Retail Operations teams to manage stock builds according to store capacity, addressing over-stocks as necessary.
• Partners with GASO/SAP teams to embed best practices in order uploads and BU moves.
• Implements and drives new systems/processes to improve stock allocations and models, collaborating across teams.
• Prepares store analyses to support sales, providing insights during store and DC visits regarding stock vs. sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Stock/Allocation roles.
• At least 2 years of JDA Allocation and SAP experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
