Boston Consulting Group is seeking an IT strategy and delivery professional to shape the digital transformation for global clients in Lombardy. You will guide feasibility studies, oversee agile development teams, and establish DevOps and CI/CD practices in strategic IT programs.

You will optimize modern IT architectures across legacy, cloud and microservices, work in a cross‑functional, globally oriented team, and travel as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with high grades.
• At least five years of experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or software development.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Proficient in Italian and English communication.
• Knowledge that modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are essential to sustainable IT architectures.
