team.blue is building the AI layer across a large digital-services ecosystem, powering hosting, domains, email, and SaaS for millions of SMBs. As Principal AI Solutions Engineer you will be the senior technical authority on AI systems end-to-end, from model research and fine-tuning through agentic orchestration, real-time inference, and production reliability.

This is a hands-on leadership role with both research-driven and production responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML Engineering, Applied AI, or Research Engineering with leadership exposure.
• Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs in production: fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, RAG.
• Fluent in Python and core ML stack (PyTorch, Transformers, PEFT/LoRA).
• Real experience with LLM inference serving in latency-sensitive production.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks: multi-agent coordination and tool-use orchestration.
• Experience with speech AI (ASR/TTS) or real-time audio systems is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of MLOps: experiment tracking, model registries, containerization, CI/CD for ML.
• Awareness of LLM-specific risk and mitigation in production.
• Strong communication skills for design docs and architectural reviews.

Responsabilités

• Architect and evolve multi-agent orchestration platforms and tool-use contracts.
• Design and implement voice AI pipelines with real-time latency targets.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with retrieval quality measurement and hybrid search.
• Define MCP server architecture across internal and third-party integrations.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific tasks including customer support and classification.
• Evaluate model quality with automated evals and domain metrics for speech and RAG.
• Manage model lifecycle: experiment tracking, versioning, reproducibility, deployment.
• Own AI observability stack and guardrails for safety, privacy, and rate-limiting.
• Drive data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature pipelines for training and continual learning.
• Lead CI/CD for ML: automated eval gating, shadow deployments, canaries, rollbacks.
• Set architectural standards and mentor engineers; translate business problems to ML formulations.
• Engage with external research and track signals worth productionizing.
