Capco AI Lab seeks a Lead AI Engineer to design and deliver production-grade Generative and Agentic AI systems for financial services clients. You will guide architectures, set engineering standards, and stay hands-on to ship prototypes to production.

You will collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, mentor engineers, and influence technology choices in a growth-oriented, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Design end-to-end architecture for Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on development to production-grade components.
• Define engineering standards and best practices for AI apps.
• Architect scalable, secure AI systems for performance and production readiness.
• Evaluate and select LLMs, frameworks, platforms, and tools.
• Lead design and code reviews, mentor engineers, raise standards.
• Engage with clients to translate business requirements into architectures.
• Contribute to technical documentation and thought leadership in Generative and Agentic AI.
