We are seeking a Senior Functional/Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Agile environments and in Banking/Financial or Insurance Products and Services. This role is critical in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar fields.
• A passion for digital innovation.
• Ability to build bridges and foster collaboration.
• Enjoy solving problems.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Programming knowledge: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.
• Good to have: knowledge in Java and Azure.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS, or similar tools for Agile teams.
