Job Description

The right candidate will be responsible for :

Account Receivable (A / R)

• DSO calculation

Account Payable (AP)

• Support to account payable activities
• Prepare monthly payments
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis
• Bank and cash pooling accounts reconciliation
• Prepare monthly manual accruals (e.g., cars, T&E, fuels)
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Support Financial Controller in preparing monthly reporting packages
• Support Financial Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly income tax filings
• Support Financial Controller in preparing statutory financial statements

Other Activities

• Partner closely with HQ for international finance projects
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis

The role will report to the Financial Controller and will be part of a team of 3 members.

Qualifications

• Hybrid Role
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of proven experience in accounting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management, planning, and organizing skills
• Problem identification and analysis
• Fluent in English and Italian. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.
