We are currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our Administration & Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support general accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including management of vendor invoices;
• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets autonomously, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards;
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities, contributing to the preparation of statutory financial statements;
• Handle periodic tax obligations and ensure compliance with Italian fiscal regulations;
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and ensure data accuracy and consistency;
• Prepare financial reports and balance sheet analyses to support management decisions;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring efficient information flow and high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, preferably within structured and industrial environments.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and current tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is considered a plus.
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Analytical mindset combined with problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
