The Role

As Enterprise Account Partner in Italy, you will be crucial in enhancing our key account's success with the TOP Italian HQs, leveraging Veeva’s Commercial Cloud, Data Cloud, and Business Consulting. You'll fortify our strategic partnership, ensuring long-term achievements and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the account, acting as the main contact for C-level executives, finding new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions. Working closely with an international team of product and service owners, you'll align efforts to drive Customer Success.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the Top Italian HQs between Veeva and the account for Commercial with the goal of remaining a trusted partner for the long term
  • Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  • Serve as the ambassador for your customer within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  • Actively nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, and develop new ones as needed
  • Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a passion for understanding and supporting your customer’s business and IT goals
  • Oversee and coach the multi-functional global account team with robust internal governance to drive innovation and enable execution excellence
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses
  • Manage account administration and actively provide input for accurate forecasting
  • Keep current with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offerings
Requirements
  • 8+ years combined experience across sales and consulting services
  • Experience from Software/Consulting/Pharmaceutical Marketing Agency.
  • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector
  • Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurement
  • Ability to articulate complex value propositions and benefits realized
  • Organizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency toward customers’ needs
  • Self-starter / Self-motivator with little need for direct supervision
