Overview

Our client is a fast-growing international company specializing in delivering complex solutions to publicly owned companies and large corporate clients. With a dynamic and innovative approach, they are expanding their presence in Italy and internationally. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to drive business growth, and manage key publicly owned companies and corporate accounts.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing publicly owned companies and partially state-owned enterprises in Central Italy. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project development. The Senior Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new corporate publicly owned companies in Central Italy, expanding the company’s market presence.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially viable agreements for both parties.
  • Drive revenue growth by maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, marketing, and finance, to facilitate project development and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and business development strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically in consulting or selling complex solutions to publicly owned companies or partially state-owned enterprises in Central Italy.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing state-owned enterprises.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, marketing, finance).
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
