WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • As a (Senior) Account Manager (m / f / d), you will represent Sovendus to our top-selling e-commerce partners in Italy.
  • You will work with your account management and sales colleagues in Italy, as well as in Germany, and will be responsible for supporting and developing your e-commerce partners throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • You will continuously analyze partner performance and implement optimization measures independently.
  • You will leverage your expertise in upselling and cross-selling to further develop our partners.
  • You will prepare internal and external analyses and confidently present them to management.
  • You will support the sales team during onboarding of new partners.
  • You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, User Experience, and IT teams as a team player.
  • You will report to the Country Manager Italy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, even with challenging topics.
  • You possess a strong affinity for numbers and are confident in using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools to create insightful reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have professional experience in sales and/or account management, ideally with expertise in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency business.
  • As a self-starter, you show initiative, commercial flair, and data-driven actions.
  • You have excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills.
  • A good network in digital advertising, performance marketing, and/or e-commerce is a plus.
