WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • As a (Senior) Account Manager (m / f / d), you represent Sovendus to our top-selling e-commerce partners in Italy.
  • You will work with your account management and sales colleagues in Italy, as well as in Germany, responsible for supporting and developing your e-commerce partners throughout their lifecycle.
  • You will analyze partner performance continuously and implement optimization measures independently.
  • Utilize your upselling and cross-selling skills to further develop our partners.
  • Prepare internal and external analyses and present them confidently to management.
  • Support the sales team in onboarding new partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, User Experience, and IT as a team player.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager Italy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, even with challenging topics.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to create insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Professional experience in sales or account management, with ideally some expertise in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency business.
  • Initiative, commercial flair, and data-driven actions as a self-starter.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
  • A good network in digital advertising, performance marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
