WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Represent Sovendus to our top-selling e-commerce partners in Italy as a (Senior) Account Manager (m / f / d).
  • Collaborate with account management and sales teams in Italy and Germany to support and develop your e-commerce partners throughout their lifecycle.
  • Analyze partner performance continuously and implement optimization measures independently.
  • Utilize your expertise in upselling and cross-selling to further develop our partners.
  • Prepare internal and external analyses and present them confidently at management level.
  • Assist the sales team with onboarding new partners.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, User Experience, and IT as a team player.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager Italy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, even with challenging topics.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to create insightful reports and analyses.
  • Professional experience in sales / account management, ideally with expertise in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency business.
  • Initiative, commercial flair, and data-driven actions as a self-starter.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A network in digital advertising, performance marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
