Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing Netflix Ads team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Sales Partner(s). They will partner with clients and sales on RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution, and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.

Senior Account Managers will also be responsible for being the first point of escalation for other Account Managers on their teams. They will possess subject-matter expertise on the supported business and will partner with Account Management Leadership on sales enablement development for internal and offshore teams, as well as assist in onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage top and strategic accounts in partnership with the Sales team, driving revenue growth.
  2. Lead and maintain training materials for the Account Management organization, build templates, and be responsible for training new AMs in partnership with Sales Enablement.
  3. Serve as the first point of escalation for Account Managers on their team.
  4. Assist managers and collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and enhance new products, improve processes, and run projects or workflows.
  5. Act as an SME for their Country, Market, or Agency Hold Co.
  6. Partner with Sales Managers and/or Sr. Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  7. Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and campaign performance.
  8. Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses regarding campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting.
  9. Host campaign kick-off meetings and collaborate with clients on campaign assets.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams on the production of creative assets.
  11. Share learnings and best practices with Account Managers in other regions.
  12. Coordinate with Campaign Management and Ad Operations for order implementation and troubleshooting.
  13. Oversee ad campaign delivery performance and partner with clients on optimization tactics.
  14. Provide clients with campaign performance reports, including post-campaign wrap reports.
  15. Navigate campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent issues.
  16. Maintain an in-depth understanding of ad products, sponsorships, targeting capabilities, and policies.
  17. Build SME capabilities in specific areas to deepen knowledge where needed.
  18. Contribute to the monthly billing and invoicing process with clients and finance teams.
  19. Establish strong relationships with clients and agency partners, aligning with the market’s sales strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Italian at a business level.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning in the digital media industry, especially video advertising.
  • Experience with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify data for stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
