About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Lead to join a high-impact, multinational healthcare communications initiative based in Milan. You’ll serve as the local strategic and client-facing leader on a major project building a physician-focused digital platform.

This role is ideal for an experienced agency professional who thrives on strategy, client partnership, and managing cross-functional teams across time zones. You'll work alongside global colleagues in the US and Europe while leading day-to-day operations on the ground in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior client contact for a large pharmaceutical account in Italy
  • Collaborate closely with global client services and local account stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver local market insights to shape messaging and strategy
  • Oversee execution of digital projects including websites, sales aids, banner ads, etc.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and relevance of deliverables to Italian HCPs

Requirements

  • 10+ years in client services roles at healthcare advertising or medical communications agencies
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding of Italian HCP engagement and pharma regulations
  • Strategic mindset with experience in cross-functional and international teams
  • Able to work onsite in Milan 2–3 days per week
