Senior Account Manager, Omnichannel Solutions Remote - Flexible European locations: Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, UK or Italy. As a Senior Account Manager with consulting program delivery responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in merging business development with program delivery to foster and sustain robust, long-term customer relationships. You will operate on a global, regional, and local scale, collaborating with existing clients and proactively seeking expansion opportunities with both current and prospective customers. You will work closely with a team of experts in insights, strategy, implementation, and measurement. Our clients include top 20 and beyond biopharma companies. You will report to your account team lead. Candidates can be based in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management Focus — Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies; serve as the main point of contact for clients; monitor client satisfaction and project performance; provide regular updates and insights about milestones and industry developments; actively identify opportunities to expand the scope of services within existing accounts.
  • Business Development — Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and prospective clients; develop tailored commercial proposals that highlight the value of omnichannel engagement strategies; lead and respond to international RFPs with customized proposals; manage complex negotiations; deliver persuasive presentations and pitches.
  • Program Delivery — Lead coordination and execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget; collaborate with internal consulting teams to align on strategy, resources, and execution plans; manage client expectations and resolve project-related challenges; provide insights to internal teams to enhance quality and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Experience in account management, consulting and business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with omnichannel engagement strategies (e.g., medical education, PR, patient support, digital campaigns).
  • Familiarity with data-driven, customer-centric approaches typical of omnichannel programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial strategy and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Fluency in English and ideally one other EU5 language.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and client satisfaction targets.
  • An established network of key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Expertise in addressing client needs using data-driven, customer-centric approaches.
