Position: Senior Account Manager, South East Europe

Location: Aptar Chieti

Aptar is seeking a Senior Account Manager responsible for developing the business of assigned accounts and expanding the customer base. You will implement Aptar strategies within your accounts through designing and executing account plans and seeking new customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales within your accounts and assigned territories
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing customers in collaboration with Marketing Managers
  3. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
  4. Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships
  5. Expand business with current clients and identify opportunities for growth
  6. Assess customer potential and attractiveness
  7. Promote a full range of Aptar products and services to foster long-term relationships
  8. Coordinate internal teams to support sales development
  9. Apply sales strategies to ensure profitable growth
  10. Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets and forecasts
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing geographically extended sales teams
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with multinational clients
  • Experience collaborating with operations to balance diverse needs
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; French is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
