YouNet is seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager with a passion for Advocacy Marketing. Responsible for overseeing project execution and leading a team, you will ensure client satisfaction through effective strategies and accomplishment of KPIs. This role offers growth towards Associate Account Director.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a passion for Advocacy Marketing, a strategic mindset, and a sharp eye for project excellence. In this role, you will support the Project Manager by operating key project management processes to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT (80%)

Client Services

    • Forecasting and planning for team's KPIs to reach the yearly target of the company
    • Recommend proactively necessary improvements for the Department
    • Understand and ensure the client's strategy is well executed.
    • Consult with clients on business needs.
    • Project’s P&L management, including internal and 3rd party costs to ensure the project‘s margin.
    • Work collaboratively with other internal teams, including Planning, Content Creative and other Social Listening Companies in YouNet Group (Buzzmetrics, YouNet Media, Mango Digital, Fanscom) to ensure the best result for client(s)

Team Development

    • Developing team members qualified for company business needs such as assigning jobs, managing team workload and performance, giving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically
    • Understand and support members to perform according to account management KPI set & annual target.
    • Deliver training, coaching or requesting the company to train team members with specific skill sets or knowledge.
    • Responsible for team member’s performance and ensuring their level up ability.
    • Pioneer leading innovation projects at department level. Be exemplary for a proactive and disciplined attitude.

BUSINESS (20%)

Current Client

    • Gaining trust and maintaining good relationships aim to promote the expansion of business with existing clients.
    • Creating opportunities to grow business in terms of revenue on assigned accounts.
    • Consulting client to the right direction based on agency’s capabilities and client’s need

New Client

    • Supporting Operations Manager & Managing Director to approach new clients from You-Buzz’s Business Development for selling.
    • Acquiring new clients and new services for the agency is PLUS.

Report to:Managing Director Promotion:Can be promoted to Associate Account Director/Account Director

REQUIREMENTS

Experiences & Knowledges

    • Have at least one year at the same position & at least 4 years experience in related fields.
    • Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
    • Has ability to work independently and supervise a team of 2-3 Account Executives/Senior Executive
    • Have experience in managing a team
    • Integrated marketing communications
    • Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing
    • Social Listening & Social Analytics is a plus
