About the Role:
The Senior Twitch AE will work with a set list of Twitch Advertisers in Italy and support growth of Twitch’s advertising revenue for the region.

We are looking for a collaborative, client-focused creative senior sales executive with experience selling media in the video space to agencies and client direct. As storyteller who has a proven track record in brand and creative, you will be a crucial member of a growing sales team that provides tailored advertising solutions to our clients. You will represent Twitch Advertising's goals and customer priorities in all endeavors and work with the Amazon Ads Sales team to ensure coverage, coordination and an excellent client experience for our partners, acting locally but thinking globally.
You will work with a list of advertising partners at both clients and agencies level to grow Twitch’s presence in the market and increase our revenue.

Twitch is a high-growth business and this role must be visible in market and internally to help build momentum for the Twitch brand. You will be a Twitch expert and partner with the Amazon Ads team to represent Twitch in the marketplace.


Key job responsibilities
- You will be a Twitch ambassador and act as an expert within the space to our clients, agencies, and internal split partners at Amazon Ads Grow ad revenue, and when possible, exceed goals through creative solutions.
You will work with existing and potential clients to determine their needs and create a Twitch centric ad sales solution.
- You will endeavor to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- You will prospect for new business
- You will manage advertiser pipeline and secure strategic-level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list
- You will work in collaboration with Amazon Ads sales teams to uncover best practices and opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in digital media, AdTech, or gaming industry
- Proven track record of building long-term strategic partnerships at the C-suite level
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills at the executive level
- Deep expertise in the digital advertising landscape and Gaming and streaming ecosystem
- Media buying and planning
- Strategic account management

Technical Requirements:
- Programmatic advertising
- Data analytics and ROI measurement
- Cross-platform marketing strategies
- Brand safety and compliance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in digital media sales, with at least 5 years focusing on gaming or streaming platforms
- Proven history of developing and executing innovative, custom advertising solutions for major brands
- Prior experience working with or for major gaming publishers, esports organizations, or streaming platforms
- Experience in international markets and managing global accounts
- Expertise in emerging technologies relevant to streaming and gaming (e.g., AR/VR, cloud gaming)
