Your mission

  • Be responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Manage a portfolio of potential customers (prospects), from initial contact (cold calling) to closing deals.
  • Potential future development into a team lead role, managing other employees in the workshop chains area.
  • Work with a motivated team eager to drive success.

Your profile

  • Passionate about sales: experienced in B2B/SaaS/Automotive sales and inspiring others.
  • Experience in the automotive environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Experience in building and scaling digital B2B businesses and acquiring customers in SaaS/Automotive sectors is preferred.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and independent.
  • Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working in a team and have a good sense of humor.
