Your mission

  • (Co-)responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Responsible for a specific number of potential customers (prospects) / your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing.
  • Potential for future development into a team lead role, managing other employees in the workshop chain area.
  • Work with a motivated team eager to drive success.

Your profile

  • Passionate about sales: experienced in B2B/SaaS/Automotive sales and inspiring others.
  • Experience in the automotive environment is a plus but not essential.
  • Values partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Experience in building and scaling digital B2B businesses and acquiring customers in SaaS/Automotive sectors is preferred.
  • Flexible, quick to adapt, and highly independent.
  • Native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys teamwork, laughter, and a positive work atmosphere.
