Your mission

  • (Co-)responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Responsible for a certain number of potential customers (prospects) / your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing.
  • Future possibility: further development to team lead to manage other employees in the workshop chains area.
  • Work with a motivated team that is eager to drive success forward.

Your profile

  • You are passionate about sales: You excel as a sales hunter in B2B/SaaS/Automotive sales and enjoy inspiring others.
  • Experience in the automotive environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Ideally, you have built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired customers in SaaS/Automotive sectors.
  • You are flexible, adaptable, and highly independent.
  • You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy working in a team, have a good sense of humor, and like to laugh.
