Position: Senior Account Executive

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary up to 55K EUR/annum

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Identify and qualify new client opportunities in alignment with organizational strategic priorities.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers within the education sector.
  3. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, including academic staff, administrative leaders, and procurement professionals.
  4. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at target institutions.
  5. Drive the sales process to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets, collaborating with partners as needed.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and sector-specific funding opportunities.
  7. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
  9. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance account value.
  10. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
  11. Monitor client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  12. Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and explore expansion opportunities.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications in the CRM system.
  14. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  15. Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Native/fluent in Italian (C1) and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
  3. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong knowledge of the education market, including institutional structures, key stakeholders, and common challenges.
  5. Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed for client engagement.
