We’re looking for a great Account Executive to help us continue building our strategic accounts. This is a great opportunity for a driven Account Executive to focus on building long-term strategic relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and identifying new and unique advertising opportunities.

We offer a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility organization that is a significant driver for the company’s overall growth. For our advertising team, it’s still Day 1.

While maintaining a consultative style, candidates must feel comfortable discussing a broad range of issues with prospective clients. The ability to identify, develop, and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. In addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, and good follow-through, the ideal candidates will be self-motivated and highly goal-oriented to achieve ambitious business targets.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage relations with advertisers
  • Influence media spend within the account based on your understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Negotiate branding solutions on multiple touchpoints and handle complex discussions
  • Implement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accounts
  • Discover and develop new opportunities for business growth across your client vertical
  • Grow relationships at all levels within the client and the agency to increase their knowledge of how Amazon can create deeper advertising partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the highest level of customer service to all clients
Basic qualifications
  • Strong business leadership with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape
  • Experience in media buying or selling (Connected TV, TV, Video strategies)
  • Proven success in building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and representing client needs to the product organization
  • Knowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients, and agencies
  • Ability to respond effectively to market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, dealing with ambiguity, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Italian
Preferred qualifications
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an international context
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels
