We are looking for a great Account Executive to help us continue building our strategic accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility organization that significantly drives the company's overall growth. For our advertising team, it’s still Day 1.

While maintaining a consultative style, candidates must be comfortable discussing a broad range of issues with prospective clients. The ability to identify, develop, and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, good follow-through, self-motivation, and goal orientation are essential to achieve ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relations with advertisers.
  2. Influence media spend within the account based on understanding customer needs and expectations.
  3. Negotiate branding solutions across multiple touchpoints and handle complex discussions.
  4. Implement frameworks and coverage for assigned strategic accounts.
  5. Discover and develop new business growth opportunities within your client vertical.
  6. Build relationships at all levels within the client and agency to deepen advertising partnerships and act as a trusted advisor.
  7. Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality customer service.
  8. Demonstrate strong business leadership with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
  9. Experience in media buying or selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies).
  10. Proven success in building relationships, cross-functional partnership, and representing client needs to product teams.
  11. Knowledge of industry relationships across publishers, clients, and agencies.
  12. Respond effectively to market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  13. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, dealing with ambiguity, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  14. Proficiency in English and Italian.
  15. Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  16. Experience in an international working environment.
  17. Excellent presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels.
