THE ROLE :

Join our team as a Senior Account Executive and become a strategic partner for our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to their business growth by managing and developing strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and achieving ambitious goals. You will contribute to the creation of innovative projects, collaborating with a team of experts to develop effective and successful communication campaigns and marketing solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Client Relationship Management :

• Build and cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs, business objectives, and market dynamics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing high-quality service and proactively managing their expectations.
• Anticipate client needs and propose innovative, customized solutions to support their long-term growth and success.

Effective Project Management :

• Support the management of complex marketing projects, from the briefing stage to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, objectives, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.) to ensure the flawless execution of projects and the achievement of desired results.
• Liaise with the VML network and international clients to manage global projects.
• Carefully monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues promptly, and communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and engaged.

Strategic Planning and Analysis :

• Actively collaborate with the strategy team to develop effective, innovative, and data-driven marketing plans that meet the specific needs of clients.

Financial Management and Optimization :

• Support the management of project budgets with precision and responsibility, monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability.

Business Development and Networking :

• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals for new clients, highlighting VML's added value and distinctive expertise.
• Actively participate in industry events and networking activities to promote VML, develop new relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global communication agencies.
• Experience in managing client relationships and complex communication projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client orientation and the ability to build strategic, long-lasting relationships.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
