We are looking for our new Account Executive with a track record of surpassing quotas and if you have had the success of selling complex integration software solutions youre the ideal candidate were looking for! Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in driving innovation empowering our clients and shaping the future of the digital landscape. As an integral part of our team youll be at the forefront of selling our industry leading MFT API and Cloud SaaS products enabling businesses to revolutionize their operations. Responsibilities

  • Target develop and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in the vertical assigned : Insurance and other industries in Northern Italy.
  • Managing and qualifying multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close in order to meet / exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Develop relationships in the Insurance Sector with multiple Csuite personas (e.g. CFO CIO COO CDO) across all product sales
  • Be a key digital advisor for accelerating the banking / insurance industry digital transformation
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants Solutions Specialist Success resources Partners and Marketing etc.
  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of customers business needs and strategies for each assigned account of their priorities and of the industry direction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and track record selling complex software solutions working as a hunter fieldSales Exec / Account Manager / Account Director role within a software vendor technology consultancy or systems integrator
  • A good understanding of the Insurance challenges & trends Capacity to talk the language of the customer
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles : proven ability to identify qualify develop and close large 67 figure ARR deals
  • Experience producing new business negotiate deals and maintain healthy CLevel relationships
  • Strong network of active relationships with CLevel Executives and other key Business and IT leaders / decision makers in the Italian biggest Accounts.
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • A Bachelors degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; MBA is preferred
  • Ready to travel when required (not very usual but for trainings at Axway Corp or visits out of Milan)
  • Experience in API Management Managed File Transfer B2B and Collaboration solutions is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently to achieve results
