Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including contract negotiation and other deliverables for closing deals in international markets
  • Lead a consultative sales engagement to understand the prospective business’s challenges
  • Advise on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value
  • Become a product expert and deliver tailored demonstrations to interested prospects
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and senior management to execute sales activities
  • Manage pipeline and documentation in HubSpot
  • Maintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve personal quarterly revenue quotas
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with new customers
  • Collect customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls
  • Various other tasks as assigned by manager.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of international enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement with a process-driven sales approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to work multiple critical opportunities simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — remote, written, and in-person
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
