CAE is a world-leading training provider for commercial pilots, with a Milan Training Centre that supports international airline clients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality synthetic flight instruction for A330/A350 type ratings and related classroom activities.

You will mentor trainees, develop curricula, and ensure detailed records are kept while collaborating with a diverse, multinational team across CAE offices.

Competenze

• License and certification required: EASA SFI with A330/A350 Type Rating.
• Excellent English and client-focused communication.

Mansioni

• Provide simulator/flight instruction on one single type rating for licenses, type rating and certificates.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings per CAE standards.
• Maintain training records and recommend remedial training as needed; track instructional qualifications.
• Participate in creation of curricula and courseware when required.
• Work 40 hours per week, including weekends/holidays as per course schedule; collaborate with the instructor team.
• Travel to other CAE offices may be required.
