Why This Role is Exciting:

As a Seller Engagement and Education Specialist, you will be at the heart of Alibaba’s mission to revolutionize the e-commerce experience. You will play a crucial role in designing educational content and communication strategies to help Italian sellers not only understand how our platform works, but also how to grow their business within our ecosystem. You will collaborate with various internal teams to improve our platform based on seller feedback, ensuring that out marketplace in Italy is always evolving to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing communication and educational materials for sellers in Italy to guide sellers quickly understand platform mechanisms and how to grow business on our platform.
  • Develop and implement effective seller communication & training approaches to promote platform engagement
  • Analyze seller needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist in resolving operational issues encountered by sellers via training and communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product optimization aligning with seller requirements
  • Conduct regular market analysis, stay informed about industry trends, and provide market insights and business recommendations to sellers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Italian and English. Other languages as Chinese is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in content creation or client education material development and CRM analysis in commercial sectors
  • Familiarity with the Italian market, with strong business acumen and market understanding.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing effective relationships with sellers of various sizes via scalable communication ways.
  • Team player, able to coordinate resources across departments to drive project progress.
