Our Sales Department in Italy is looking for a:

Sell Out Specialist / In Store Representative (based in Marche) for Marche, Abruzzo, and Romagna (f/m/d) (100%)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international and dynamic work environment at one of the world’s largest intimate apparel companies. You will manage key customer accounts and take ownership of your daily activities.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage existing customer points of sale within the designated area (Marche, Abruzzo, Romagna).
2. Activate new points of sale.
3. Build strong relationships with in-store decision-makers.
4. Negotiate local promotional and marketing activities to enhance Sloggi’s visibility.
5. Support in-store merchandising activities, including inventory and display updates, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
6. Process orders accurately and provide timely feedback on demand fluctuations.
7. Conduct regular customer visits to monitor retail trends and competitors’ products.
8. Prepare and submit internal monthly reports to the manager to analyze market position and identify growth opportunities.
9. Achieve set targets for turnover, promotions, and new business.

Your Ideal Profile:

1. High School Diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sell-out positions within GDO (large-scale retail).
3. Based in Marche or Abruzzo, preferably between Ancona and Pescara.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Availability to work full-time in the field across Marche, Abruzzo, Romagna, and northern Puglia.
6. Good command of English.
