Un'agenzia di comunicazione a Firenze cerca una Segretaria Commerciale / Back Office esperta. La candidata ideale avrà eccellenti capacità organizzative e almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili. Il lavoro include la gestione di clienti, fornitore e supporto al reparto vendite. Offriamo uno stipendio mensile tra €1,600 e €2,000 e vari benefici tra cui buoni pasto e supporto per lo sviluppo professionale.

Competenze

Job Opportunity: Segretaria Commerciale / Back Office

We are a communication agency operating on a national and international level, specializing in Communication, Health, Advertising, Events, Digital, and Social Media. Located in Florence and Milan, we are seeking a Segretaria Commerciale / Back Office with experience to join our Florence office.

The role requires excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills, along with an innate ability to adapt to the fast-paced market environment. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate responsibility, reliability, proactivity, and a strong determination to achieve results.

Responsibilities
  • General Secretariat: Responsible for the commercial office, managing Italian and foreign clients, supplier management, issuing quotes, invoicing, supporting the sales department, and interacting with other company departments (Administration, Production).
Skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), internet skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written). Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, precise, punctual, and methodical in completing assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Economics/Management or a diploma in Accounting, or relevant educational background.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within structured companies. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in marketing & communication, advertising, IT, Digital, or Events.
