Job Opportunity: Secretary

Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a leading Italian agency specialized in recruitment, training, and management of human resources, is seeking a secretary to support the development and growth plans of an important client operating in the ICT sector, based in the Eur area.

The secretary will be integrated into the sales division located at the company's administrative headquarters. During the onboarding phase, a field mentorship program is guaranteed. The candidate will join a dynamic, highly collaborative team with a strong focus on success, within a professional environment. This recruitment aims to expand the internal staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and draft commercial offers and documents
  • Input sales orders
  • Manage and supervise the post-sale process
  • Activate, monitor, and process order progress
  • Collaborate with the administrative office for managing accounting documentation
  • Enter customer data and continuously update the database
  • Organize and schedule commercial appointments
  • Manage incoming/outgoing phone communications with clients
  • Monitor sales statistics and trends
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, preferably in economic-commercial studies
  • Previous experience in secretarial functions, preferably in a commercial context
  • Familiarity with management software
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • Good commercial appeal and negotiation skills

Contract Details:

Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment, according to the CCNL Commerce & Tertiary, levels 3rd/4th/5th.

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00
