As an Internal Sales professional within the Security Business Unit of SYNNEX, you'll engage customers and build strong relationships while selling cybersecurity solutions. We're looking for a candidate with relevant experience in cybersecurity products, effective communication skills, and an ability to manage customer relationships. Position Overview
In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales within our Security Business Unit.
The person will be responsible to build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge
Main Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
What we are looking for:
2-5 years of relevant experience with cybersecurity products
Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite
Italian and English fluent is a MUST
Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
Priority management and planning skills
Strive to achieve set targets
Good relationship building
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
