The BT Security Sales team is a specialist organization within BT Global, responsible for delivering security sales targets worldwide. Based in Italy, you'll join us at an exciting time of growth and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, grow, and defend profitable business, meeting specific targets across assigned accounts.
• Identify new opportunities and sell security products and propositions to the BT client base.
• Provide security expertise to lead sales opportunities to closure with stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately using Salesforce and BT Security Pipeline tools.
• Engage directly with decision-makers, including C-level executives, within new and existing BT customer base.
• Offer security expertise to ensure appropriate solutions meet client needs compellingly.
• Actively seek security opportunities and be recognized as an expert in BT Security resell, managed services, and cyber portfolio.
• Stay updated on market developments, competitors, and industry trends.
• Manage or contribute to board-level relationships with key customer CISOs, assessing risk and solutions.
• Contribute to transformational change in how Security solutions are sold within the Business Unit.

Skills & Experience

• Deep understanding of current security market trends and knowledge of customer sectors.
• Confidence in presenting products and closing deals.
• Good understanding of the competitive landscape and capabilities.
• Ability to translate customer needs into tailored propositions.
• Engagement at senior levels to understand client technology roadmaps and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of security products, both technical and commercial, across standard and complex ranges.
