KeyPartners, a world leading logistics and supply chain partner, seeks a Country Security Manager to coordinate a team of 3 and report to the EMEA Director.

The role develops and implements country Security & BCM standards in line with regional and global frameworks, while maintaining budgets and delivering measurable risk reduction across operations.

You will drive incident investigations, risk assessments, audits and training to reduce losses and strengthen customer value for the business.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of multi-country security management experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in logistics field.
• Relevant academic qualifications (BSc level) in Security, Criminology, Risk Management/Analysis, other, highly desired
• People Management, Accountability and Business Acumen skills

For our world leading logistic & supply chain partner, we are looking for a Country Security Manager who coordinates a team of 3 people, reporting back to the EMEA Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop implement country Security & BCM standards, policies and Security & BCM Programs in line with regional standards and the global company frameworks.
• Ensure hollistic view of costs and costs transparent to business and maintain budgets and Loss & Recovery statements.
• Ensure customer value through optimized Security & BCM performance.
• Manage/review/investigate Security & BCM related incidents within area of responsibility and report metrics / trends and root causes to line & management.
• Ensure roll out in country of risk assessment, audit and training programmes
• Reduce losses and security incidents and security related claims.
• Positive customer feedback and Security / BCM seen as business differentiator.
• Security & BCM risk levels and gaps identified, and corrective action progress reported.

Skills
