Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, researching, and designing security architectures.
• Develop, review, and approve installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network devices.
• Research and design public key infrastructures, certification authorities, and digital signatures; ensure personnel IT access is role-based and limited to their needs.
• Test, validate, and update the security systems as needed.
• Cultivate security awareness and arrange for continuous education.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products.

We may ask you to perform additional tasks as your role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master’s degree with distinction in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• Good knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (ISO 27001, etc.), and data protection.
• 5-10 years of experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and software programs.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds and races.
• Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
