Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, researching, and designing security architectures.
• Develop, review, and approve installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network devices.
• Research and design public key infrastructures, certification authorities, and digital signatures, ensuring all personnel have IT access limited to their needs and roles in the organization.
• Test, validate, and update the final security system as needed.
• Cultivate a sense of security awareness and arrange for continuous education.
• Remain up to date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master’s degree with distinction in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• Good knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (ISO 27001, etc.), and data protection.
• 5-10 years' experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and computer operating and software programs.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and races.
• Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages.
