Job Description:

Activities:

• Be responsible for the development of seat belt systems for various vehicle models;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations;
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to support decision-making processes;
• Develop technical documentation, including design specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in seat belts development in the automotive industry;
• Strong understanding of automotive safety standards and regulations;
• Proficiency in CAD/CATIA V5;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• English language professional level is mandatory; German is a plus.
