The Buckle, Inc. Store Support Teammate position is a part-time on-site role in Houston, TX. You will help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests, greet customers, operate the POS, and support store operations.

You will assist with merchandising, stay informed on current promotions, and contribute to a clean, secure store environment. No prior experience is required; a flexible schedule is needed, including holidays and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answering questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to handle these situations.
• Assist merchandising tasks such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelves, and price markdowns.
