Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate for a fast-paced, part-time role. You will drive sales, deliver standout customer service, and keep the store looking sharp. If you enjoy a dynamic team and making every customer feel like a VIP, this is your moment to shine and grow with us.

You will balance front-of-store duties with back-office tasks, participate in loyalty programs, and contribute to a high-energy environment that values teamwork and flexibility.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share knowledge and love of our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay aligned with UA process and policies for omni-channel requests.
• Deliver loyalty education about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Follow attendance policy and complete scheduled hours.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
