Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking a Sommelier for the upcoming season 2027. The ideal candidate combines passion for luxury hospitality with a proactive service mindset, ready to craft authentic dining experiences and contribute to a renowned team.

You will support the head sommelier, monitor guest experiences, and work towards ambitious service standards in a prestigious setting with enchanting views over Portofino and the Gulf of Tigullio.

• Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment.

Responsabilités

• Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlet and monitor the customer experience from arrival to service.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Guests and handle requests and enquiries.
• Assist the head sommelier during the service.
• Contribute to achieving economic targets.
