Job summary

Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Valet for the front of the house team for the 2027 season. The Valet will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and support the concierge and reception to deliver luxury experiences.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience in 5-star hotels
• Ability to operate hotel management software
• Excellent customer service and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to reception
• Drive and park cars and shuttles for arrivals/departures
• Coordinate with reception and concierge teams
• Assist with guest requests and anticipate needs
