Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Chef de Partie to join our Villa Beatrice team in Portofino. The role offers a seasonal Labour contract with progression opportunities across Belmond properties.

You will work in a luxury, guest-centric kitchen, ensuring impeccable service, teamwork, and adherence to HACCP standards while delivering Ligurian-inspired cuisine in a breathtaking setting.

Competenze

• Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques.
• At least 3 years of previous professional experience in a luxury environment.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Team player with a guest-centric mindset.
• HACCP certification.

Mansioni

• Meal preparation for each service.
• Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
• Controls incoming goods and stores them properly.
• Monitors portion and waste control.
• Performs duties assigned by the Sous Chef.
• Coordinate with a Demi or Commis de Partie.
