Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and coordinate sea outbound shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW, and industry policies and procedures, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate outbound shipments and proactively track shipments.
• Select appropriate carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate actual shipments.
• Communicate with carriers to confirm shipment arrival and release.
• Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customers.
• Execute client contact and align customer needs with services provided.
• Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents.
• Arrange warehouse requirements if applicable.
